Frequently asked questions
How much do we charge?
We understand that each property is unique, and therefore, pricing can vary based on individual requirements. To provide you with a reasonable and accurate estimate, we prefer to conduct an in-person assessment of the property. This allows us to tailor our services to your specific needs and ensure an optimal outcome.
Please note that we have a minimum call-out charge of £17, which applies only to cases where we are coming out to a single location. This charge covers the time and resources allocated for traveling to your location, setting up, completing the job, and packing away, as t these things can be quite time consuming for us when adding it all up.
However, for multiple jobs within the same street, travel time is minimized for us, and we can therefore offer a per-window basis pricing for smaller jobs. This ensures flexibility and cost-effectiveness for clients with multiple jobs in close proximity.

Average costs for ground and first floor houses (Conservatories not included):
2-3 Bedroom house: £17-25
3-4 Bedroom house £20-30
4+ Bedroom house £25-50

The accurate pricing is influenced by considerations such as location, accessibility, time required for the job, and the actual quantity of windows, which may be more or less than initially anticipated. These variables can lead to adjustments either below or above the mentioned averages.
Do we take on regular customers?
Yes! In fact we give our customers a range of options.
For Windows, we recommend once a month. Some opt to have theirs done every other month depending on their area.
For our additional services such as gutters and conservatories, we usually recommend these jobs once a year.
Are there any obligations to our visits?
Nope! Our visits are completely obligation free, meaning you don't need to commit to future cleans via an agreed contract. You are free to have your Windows, Gutters or Conservatories cleaned for however long you'd like.
We do ask that jobs be booked at least a few weeks in advance, and also for those wanting to cancel, it would be helpful to be notified as soon as possible to allow us to organise our schedule in advance and keep our work days consistent.
Do we provide Invoices/Receipts?
We keep a full record of all jobs and payments that have been completed under our services.
For our commercial clients, we understand that businesses need thorough records for their accounting departments, so after each clean we will send across a PDF invoice detailing the work that has been carried out.
If you're a domestic customer and you wish to have a copy of your invoices, please let us know and we can send them to you as per your request.
Do we notify before our visits?
Yes! We try to work as best to the desired frequency, but our visit may not fall on the exact same date each month. You'll know roughly when to expect us on the upcoming week, but we make sure to notify all of our customers that we will be coming via text, the day before we come by.
Which areas do we serve?
Our round is based in Waterlooville, however we also serve the surrounding areas such as Clanfield, Rowlands Castle, Havant, Drayton, Denmead, and Hambledon.

Do we accept cash?
No.
Unfortunately we no longer accept cash as a method of payment. As of 2024, we're going completely Digital to improve our record of payments.
This is also applicable to Cheques.
